QuickBooks reporting privacy notice
This internal application accesses the Pacific Hardwood QuickBooks Online company only after an administrator authorizes the accounting scope. It pulls Company Information, Accounts, Customers, Vendors, Items, Estimates, and Invoices for internal reporting.
The application does not request the QuickBooks Payments scope and does not create or modify QuickBooks records. OAuth credentials are encrypted directly to the authorized desktop application and are stored locally using Windows user encryption. The gateway does not persist OAuth tokens.
